This Privacy Policy explains what information ImageEditPro ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit https://imageeditpro.site (the "Site") and how we use it. This page is maintained by the ImageEditPro team to answer common questions about how our free browser-based image tools handle your data. It is not a legal certification and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.

1. Files you edit

Every image tool on ImageEditPro runs entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript and the HTML Canvas API. When you open a file with one of our tools, that file stays on your device. We do not upload, receive, store, transmit, share or process your image files on our servers. When you close the browser tab, any in-memory representation of your file is discarded by the browser itself. This is a design choice, not just a policy statement - the tools have no server-side file endpoints to send images to.

2. Information we do collect

The following limited data may be collected when you use the Site:

• Anonymous usage analytics (e.g. which tools are opened and how often) via Google Analytics or a similar service. No image data or file content is included.
• Contact form submissions. If you send us a message via the contact form or email us, we store your name, email address and the message content in order to reply. We do not use it for marketing.
• Tool ratings and usage counters if you rate a tool or click a "usage" event, which are stored anonymously so we can show popularity indicators.
• Server access logs generated automatically by our hosting provider, containing IP address, browser type and request timestamps, kept for a short period for security and debugging.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your last-used settings on individual tools (for example the compression quality you last chose) so you don't have to reconfigure the tool every time. Analytics providers may set their own cookies. You can clear all of this at any time from your browser's site settings.

4. Advertising

Some pages may display ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense. These providers may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

5. Third-party services

We use a limited number of trusted third parties to operate the Site: our hosting provider, our analytics provider, and (for the contact form and ratings) a managed database service. Each of them handles data under their own privacy policy and applicable data-processing agreements.

6. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of the limited personal data we hold about you (for example, contact form submissions). To exercise these rights, email us at support@imageeditpro.site from the address you contacted us with.

8. Data retention

Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain a history for follow-up questions. Anonymous analytics data is retained per the analytics provider's default retention window. Server access logs are rotated regularly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are material, add a notice on the homepage.
